Hello family, I’m back! I know it’s been some time 🤦🏽♀️… I fell off again, but I’m back on my journey – Hallelujah! Onward and forward to see what the end’s gonna be ☺️.
Engaging with this space helps me stay consistent and accountable in my relationship with God. When I realize how much time I waste daydreaming, watching others, and complaining instead of working on my craft, it frustrates me!
He’s challenged me to engage and build the house, so that’s where I’m starting today. Working to strengthen my focus to Expand the Kingdom and Bless His People. In order for me to do this I’ve gotta practice functioning in this new place, and right now consistency is the key!
The mandate hasn’t changed, it’s still…..COME!
Keep coming to Him to consistently engage
Look to Him for Truth (it’s in His Word)
Seeking Him Diligently
Confidently SPEAKING…(out loud with all who will hear it) and DECLARING – what thus saith the Lord
And Build The House!
What does building the house look like Lord?
Seeing myself as a dwelling place, for you to abide
Learning how to manage the house (understanding me as a house) & learning how to:
Secure it (keep safe that which you give me)
Take care of it (take care of the relationship we have, the information you give, the exchange we have)
Honor it (Honor you with my life)
Sustain it (Let what I believe about you – sustain me!) Hallelujah!
Invest in it (Invest the truth, invest what I believe – into my everyday life and activities, in my every day speech, remembering it’s there to serve and bless me)
Create it – Create worlds by speaking to my world, everything is alive and breathing – speak to myself and everything around me, declare what thus saith the Lord to myself and the elements)
Change it – (Keep a heart and posture of repentance, so that I can continuously be transformed to his image).
4 “You are coming to Christ, who is the living cornerstone of God’s temple. He was rejected by people, but he was chosen by God for great honor. 5 And you are living stones that God is building into his spiritual temple. What’s more you are his holy priests. Through the mediation of Jesus Christ, you offer spiritual sacrifices that please God. 6 As the Scriptures say, ‘I am placing a cornerstone in Jerusalem, chosen for great honor, and anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.” 7 Yes, you who trust him recognized the honor God has given him. But for those who reject him, ‘The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’ 8 And, ‘He is the stone that makes people stumble, the rock that makes them fall.’ They stumble because they do not obey God’s word, and so they meet the fate that was planned for them. 9 But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people, You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he call you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. 10 ‘Once you had no identity as a people; now you are God’s people, Once you received no mercy; now you have received God’s mercy.'”

God I thank you for today! I thank you for the opportunity to re-engage and re-commit myself to you. I thank you for choosing me and calling me to see my royalty and priesthood. Thank you for reminding me that I have an identity, and it’s not from this system, but the more I spend time with and engage you – building my relationship with you I’m gonna be able to put on proper identity every day! God I thank you for proper perspective, that building the house is building myself up in you (growing higher and higher like an edifice- Jude 1:20). Thank you for giving me something better to engage with and spend my time on, I’m sorry for wasting so much time Lord, please forgive me! I don’t fully know what happened, but this feels good – hallelujah! It feels good to be with you, to spend time with you, to seek you and to work with you. I thank you that new mercies are available every morning and for the people you’re calling me to connect with and for – make me ready Lord! Make them ready – for a closer walk with thee. Engaging and Encountering every day, because it’s available. Thank you Lord – Amen.
